I prefer a scent-free environment (no candles or incense, scent-free trash bags, no perfumes or fragrances). I understand that some tattooing supplies, like green soap and alcohol, have unavoidable scents.

Candles, incense or cleansing sage would be comforting

TEMPERATURE PREFERENCES *

I run warm—please keep the room cool if possible

I get cold easily—please let me keep a blanket or bring layers

I’ll let you know if I need an adjustment

ENTRANCE & ARRIVAL PREFERENCES *

I’d prefer to use the back entrance to avoid the main hallway/crowds

I’d like to wait in my car and receive a text when it’s time to come in

I’m comfortable using the main mall entrance and walking through to Phenix Salon Suites

Please give me space during breaks (no questions or extraneous touch - its a tattoo, so there will be some physical touch required)
